TJ's is currently hiring for snow clearing crew members for the winter 2013-2014 season. The job is a part time, on-call position. Which basically means you work when it snows. Ideally, candidates will have a flexible schedule, with the availability to work on short notice. TJ's does snow clearing for storms with a minimum of 1 inch snow fall, and usually after the storm has finished. Clearing is done with snow blowers and shovels, and is mostly careful residential detailed work. Shifts will be from 4 to 8 hours, depending on the snow storm and conditions. Work may happen early in the morning or throughout the day and until midnight. This job is ideal for students, and seasonal workers that have open availability in the winter.
